ROAD RUNNING

Middleton Harriers is a small, friendly running club based at Hopwood Hall in Middleton, Manchester.

Road running involves a large number of the club's membership. It also has a wide range of members, both in terms of age and ability.

Training Nights for the Winter Season are as follows:

Seniors and Veterans (both male and female)
Monday           7.00 pm
Wednesday      7.15 pm

Juniors (both boys and girls)
Monday           6.30 pm
Thursday         6.30 pm    for indoor gym training

All age groups and abilities are welcome at the club. Runners usually form into groups of varying ability so don't be put off. Running is for everyone!

We also have a varied social calendar which involves the occasional tipple.
